• Your email address (for delivery and lookup).
• Your license key.
• Your MT5 account number, broker name, and server name.
• The EA version and the symbol most recently checked.
• Technical check logs (timestamp, result, and IP address) for security.

2. What we never collect

We do not collect or store trading account passwords or broker login passwords. The EA does not transmit your account credentials to us. We only use the account number to bind and validate your license.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. PayPal provides us with a payer reference and subscription identifier needed to manage your access.

4. How we use your data

Your data is used to generate and validate licenses, deliver keys, provide support, prevent abuse, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention & contact

We retain license and check records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To request access or deletion of your data, contact the address you received your license from.
