We collect only what is needed to operate licensed Raven King access:

• Your email address for delivery, lookup, and support.
• Your website access key and Raven licensing identifiers.
• Technical client information needed for authorization, such as client version and a device-binding identifier where applicable.
• Authorization and security logs such as timestamps, results, and network information used to prevent abuse.

2. What we never collect

We do not collect or store your broker password, NinjaTrader password, or full payment-card details. Raven licensing uses only the information required to validate authorized access.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal where applicable. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. Payment providers may supply references needed to manage your access.

4. How we use your data

Your data is used to issue and validate access, deliver keys and client files, provide support, prevent abuse, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention & contact

We retain license and authorization records for as long as needed to provide the service, protect the system, and meet legal obligations. To request access to or deletion of personal data, contact MatrixManFX through the support channel used for your license.
