1. What this product is

Di Ravens eYe is a private, license-controlled Expert Advisor (EA) for the MetaTrader 5 platform, provided by MatrixManFX. Customers receive compiled EA access and a license key. Customers do not receive source code.

Access is controlled through a secure server check. A license may be active, in trial, expired, or blocked at any time.

2. No profit or performance guarantee

Trading foreign exchange, futures, and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

This software does not guarantee profits, income, or any specific trading result. No statement on this site should be interpreted as a promise of performance. Past performance does not indicate future results.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, account settings, risk parameters, and for testing the EA on a demo account before using it on a live account.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of your broker and any prop-firm or funded-account program you participate in.

4. Licensing and access

Each license is bound to a single MT5 account number on first valid use unless otherwise configured. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the EA or license key is not permitted.

Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse, chargebacks, or violations of these terms. Server-side validation is required for the EA to operate.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are processed by PayPal. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your PayPal account. Trial access is time-limited and does not require payment.

VIP / lifetime access is granted manually after review.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatrixManFX is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software or this service.
