Please read carefully before purchasing or using Raven King.
1. What this product is
Raven King is private, license-controlled automated MNQ futures software for NinjaTrader 8, provided by MatrixManFX. Customers receive protected client access and a license key. Customers do not receive proprietary source code.
Access is controlled through secure server authorization. A license may be active, in trial, expired, suspended, or blocked.
2. No profit or performance guarantee
Futures and other leveraged instruments carry a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your trading capital.
Raven King does not guarantee profits, income, win rate, identical live fills, or any specific trading result. Historical and simulated results do not guarantee future performance.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your trading account, broker connection, market-data connection, computer configuration, risk controls, and for verifying Raven King on Sim101 before considering live use.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of your broker and any prop-firm or funded-account program you use.
4. Licensing and access
Raven client licenses are issued for authorized installations and may be device-bound. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or exposing private activation credentials or protected client files is not permitted.
Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse, chargebacks, or violations of these terms. Server-side authorization is required for Raven King to permit new automated exposure.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Payments and subscriptions are processed by PayPal where applicable. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the relevant payment account. Trial access is time-limited.
VIP / lifetime access is granted manually after review.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatrixManFX is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, connectivity failures, broker or data-feed issues, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software or service.
